Pig `N` Whistle in Los Angeles

Good place to have a quick dinner. We had fish and chips, burger and steak. The red wine sauce wasn't great on my steak. And something i didn't like was gratuity added on the check for 4 people. Our server was Mia, she was nice and stopped by a few times.

By far my new favorite bar. The smallest bar in San Francisco has stolen my heart. It's a bar that makes you feel like you're just one of the gang. Relaxed atmosphere, but not a full bar. only serves beer.

Best pub in town. Owner is charming and invites customers to play games with dice. Rules are women sit, while men stand. It's the tiniest bar in SF, but the best imho.

The Pig 'N Whistle is a classic old school Hollywood pub located on Hollywood Boulevard, almost exactly in the center of the action. They have local brews on tap and their guacamole and chips we're fresh and fantastic. We stopped in to grab a pint and a snack while walking some visitors around and sight seeing, it really was the perfect spot to recharge our batteries and I can't recommend it more for that particular reason. I'll be back to try out the dinner menu!

It is quite expensive for what you are getting. This place has a very nice atmosphere but the burger I ordered left more to be desired. It was kind of bland. The bar tenders are friendly and very attentive here so make sure to tip. Service was quite fast. I'm not sure if I'll visit again but this place is popular with travelers and tourists.

The atmosphere takes you back to a combination of Old Hollywood and a British Pub. The ornate ceiling and wall decor are pretty cool and add to the atmosphere. Staff is friendly, and were accommodating when we asked to switch tables. Guacamole appetizer was very nice and BBQ ribs were good. This is a solid choice if you are looking for something that is not a chain in the heart of Hollywood Blvd.

My neighborhood spot. Whatever I say about this place would not do it justice...James the owner and the vast majority of the people who work here are super friendly and courteous. And the House Rules absolutely Rule.

Went there on the soft opening preview night and other than getting a little damp roaming the sidewalk trying to find the place, it was a gem! Great signature cocktails that focus on quality liquor and hand made syrups. The decor, vibe, and soundtrack are perfect for an old soul like me! Will definitely be back soon, especially around baseball season!

One star for the interesting decor. Stopped in for a drink around 8 on a weeknight. Not a lot of people there (not busy). One of the bartenders was super busy chatting up one of the customers at the other end of the bar and the other was super busy counting money. Left after 15 minutes with no one even looking at us let alone taking a drink order. The hostess was very pleasant, but unfortunately she wasn't serving drinks. Neither, apparently, was any one else.

Great spot to get some food when in a hurry. Their service is swift, rates are convenient, good ambience. I highly recommend this place

First time here tonight... we live in the neighborhood and wanted somewhere close that would make mine and my young adult kids palette happy. Did not disappoint!!! Crust was amazing! Went with the suggestion from our server for banana cream pie... outstanding!!! Great service!!! Can't wait to take the rest of the family!

We had a great experience! Our server, Max, really took very good care of us and made us laugh too. There was a great playlist, nice size burgers, and one of the best Bloody Mary’s I’ve ever had. The aesthetics of this building are beautiful, just an over all good time. Thank you!
